The program takes participants from understanding the fundamentals of healthcare finance to putting that knowledge into practice. You’ll learn how to:

- Use budgets, variance reports, and operational data to identify where action is needed.
- Use forecasts, pro formas, and scenarios to make more informed decisions before committing resources.
- Turn financial insight into credible recommendations and operational improvements.
