WSHA is partnering with member hospitals to host three regional roundtables designed to bring rural teams together for connection, collaboration and shared learning. Each session runs 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and includes lunch, a hospital tour and a focused discussion or workshop on a key quality improvement topic.

This program launched last summer and was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Participants valued the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from peers and build relationships with colleagues from similar organizations.

These roundtables are free to attend and open to hospital staff only. While designed primarily for rural quality teams, other staff interested in the featured topics are encouraged to participate. Teams from urban and suburban hospitals in the region are also welcome to join the conversation.

Dates:

  • June 12: Olympic Medical Center (Port Angeles). Topic: Complex Discharge
  • July 15: Columbia County Health (Dayton). Topic: Workplace Violence
  • Aug. 14: North Valley Hospital (Tonasket). Topic: Substance Use Disorder
