Gallagher’s 2026 U.S. National Compensation Survey is now open for organizations interested in strengthening their compensation planning with credible market data. The survey captures national and local benchmarks for more than 185 positions common across industries, including base salary, bonuses, total cash compensation, salary ranges and HR policies.

Participants can use the results to evaluate current pay practices, prepare for salary range adjustments and make more informed decisions in a changing labor market. Submissions are kept fully confidential, with results reported in aggregate and in compliance with U.S. Department of Justice guidelines.

Organizations that participate by Friday, Aug. 14 will receive the National PDF report at no cost, including national, regional, and high-level industry data for every position. (Anne Duessel)
