WSHA is now taking nominations for our highest award, the Joe Hopkins award. For nearly 40 years, this award has recognized health care leaders who have dedicated their careers to advancing Washington’s hospitals and the health of the communities they care for, especially those who champion rural health. Nominations are due by September 26.

Past Joe Hopkins Award winners include hospital administrators, board members, and other notable leaders in rural health care. Awardees are nominated by other hospital CEOs/Administrators or trustees/commissioner. Nominations are evaluated by a committee of past award recipients. The winner will be announced during the WSHA CEO Retreat in October. (Ashley Trotti)
